Have we entered another Twilight Zone?

Sometimes you come across a space, a place, in time where things just aren’t as they should be. There was an old TV series called The Twilight Zone. Hosted by Rod Serling, it explored tempting and creepy possibilities. The original show series ran from 1958 to 1964. The stories still hold attention even though 2025 marked 50 years since Serling died.
“There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call The Twilight Zone.” ~ Rod Serling, season one introduction.
Rod Serling’s words coming out of a fog were scary enough to spook you before the program even got started. This was the time where black and white television still dominated the airwaves. Black and white photography continues to stir emotions and a need to fill in the story of what could not be seen but always imagined.
